This is tension…

Last time this happened was 33 years ago. Every other game has “extra time”. Bet you a million bucks this is the last time this happens as well. So next week we have the AFL grand final rematch and the NRL grand final.

I have to say though, the first half was pretty boring (and I dozed), but the second half was one of the best games of football, since, well… hah. Hate to say this, but last years Grand Final. That was barely a goal in it last time as well…

Apple TV apps? Yes please…

“He tells Bloomberg Businessweek that when the time is right, Apple could open an App Store for the TV that could do for television sets what all those apps have done for the iPhone.”

Better hurry up, Steve. Personally that’s what I thought the Apple TV refresh was for. Right now you have a cheaper version of what I already own. And you’ve got Google TV coming soon. With this, Boxee and so forth, all you need is a smart small company to start making deals with the TV/film industry and all of a sudden Apple are out of the loop. What if for example Sony made a big deal tomorrow and opened up a tv/movie rental / buying store?? All of a sudden all you need for your TV setup is a ps3….
